This policy explains how MRSC Solutions LLC handles information collected through this website. It is separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs protected health information created in the course of providing care.
Information we collect
Information you give us
If you submit an appointment request, we collect what you enter: your name, telephone number, email address, the state you live in, what you would like help with, a preferred time for us to call and, if you choose to give it, a short note on why you are seeking care. The request is delivered to the practice by email so that we can call you back.
Please share only what you are comfortable sending by email. The form is for arranging a call. Clinical detail belongs in the appointment, where it is protected as part of your medical record.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as the IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and reliability. This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

- To contact you about that request by telephone, text message or email, where you have ticked the box agreeing to that

Text messages
If you give us your telephone number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your request or an appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or tell us by telephone or email. Agreeing to messages is never a condition of receiving care.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is seen only by the practice and by the service providers that run this website and its email, and only as far as needed to do that. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
Website requests are kept only as long as needed to respond to them, or as the law requires. Clinical records are kept under the separate rules described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and the practice applies administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information it holds. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send health information through the website.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Where the practice treats a child or teenager, a parent or guardian makes the arrangements.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
