Not for emergencies

Appointment requests
Sending a request through this site does not book an appointment. An appointment exists only once the practice has confirmed it with you directly. We can treat only patients who live in a state where the practice is licensed: Florida, New York, Arizona, Massachusetts, Oregon, and California.
Text messaging
Where you agree to be contacted by text, you may receive messages about your request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Agreeing to messages is not a condition of receiving care.
Acceptable use
- Do not use this site unlawfully, or to interfere with its operation or security
- Do not try to gain access to any part of the site or its systems that is not meant for you
- Do not submit another person's information without their permission
Intellectual property
The content, design and materials on this site belong to MRSC Solutions LLC or its licensors, except where third-party material is identified as such. Insurer names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show which plans the practice works with.
